The Haunted Walk / Haamupuisto

The Haunted Walk is a unique destination located in Rovaniemi’s countryside some 40 km from Santa Claus Village. The Haunted Walk leads you through a secluded woodland trail filled with dark artistic installations, symbolic forest settings, and unsettling scenes such as The Inn of the Dead and The Lost Ravens’ Manor. The route is designed to evoke a sense of eerie storytelling, blending theatrical elements with visual surprises along the way.

The trail doesn’t base on jump scares, but is rather built to spark imagination and curiosity. It’s ideal for those looking for something different, atmospheric, and creatively unsettling.

After the walk, you’ll visit The Gallery of Dark Arts, a unique gallery featuring horror-inspired artwork, ghost-themed sculptures, and other odd pieces. The evening can be continued around an open fire, where warm drinks are served. On clear nights, there’s even a chance to spot the northern lights.

The destination is open all year around. During the winter season, we welcome visitors only by prior arrangement in order to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.
