Restaurant Stella Nova, located in the Nova Skyland Hotel in Santa Claus Village, welcomes you to experience a journey of northern flavours from land to sky.

The characterful northern ingredients are raised to new dimensions in our modern Nordic cuisine. Familiar flavours and classic dishes have been rebuilt, and local food culture is shown to our guests in a new light.

Light constantly creates an atmosphere in our restaurant, whose large windows open up the northern sky to be admired along with the taste experience. The walls of the hall act as a stage for local art. The works are part of the experience and open up a connection to the culture and nature of Lapland.
